Gabshops gives her best to make your purchases one of the best choices you ever made in life. However, we understand that rare events could warrant dissatisfaction in few of your purchases with us. It is okay to change your mind.

Kindly read below to know if a return of your purchase(s) is the best choice.

Acceptance of returns

·         We only accept a return of an item purchased from us within 7 days from the date of purchase. 

·        Any purchase to be returned must be in its exact (original and unused) condition. An exception to this is if there is a defect from the manufacturer.

·        GabShops is not liable for any after sale damage. Items on return would be checked to meet the on-delivery inspection result. If they contradict (in cases where they are broken, worn, torn, etc.), refunds would not be granted.

 

How to return an item

·   Please email info@gabshopsng.com to state the reason(s) for your return and request a refund. After reviewing your return/refund request, you would be contacted and a dispatch rider would be sent to pick up the item.  

·        In your return package, include the original receipt. The letter must be duly signed by you.

·         You are solely responsible for your return shipping fee.

·         We do not refund initial shipping or freight charges on any returns or orders.

Exchanges

·         Most cases of exchange are accepted on conditions of size or colour.

·         We accept exchanges for items of the same kind/brand or for a different item of the same cost.

·         Exchanges are reserved exclusively for the discretion of GabShops Management

Restocking/Re-delivery Fee

·         All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The fee would be deducted from the refund of your previous payment.

·         All exchanged item does not attract a restocking fee but you would have to pay the return shipping fee (this may be discounted at the discretion of the management).

Kindly note that you would bear any refund charges from your bank and we are not liable to delay in refunds beyond 24 hours. Immediately your refund has been approved, your bank would be notified to refund you within 24 hours. No refund delay is caused by GabShops once the refund has been approved.
